Bio

Hi, Ilaria here!

I am an independent Creative Director and Designer working with leading global design studios, iconic brands and bespoke independent clients to craft solutions that facilitate conversations between brands and people.

I feel and believe that living, studying and working in different cities and countries including Italy and the UK has left me enriched with a flair for cultures that stimulates the creativity and personality of my work.

I have spent the last 20 years working across creative agencies, in-house marketing teams for global organisations, and most recently establishing my own design practice, Rosa Design. I’ve helped launch, grow, and lead brands including PwC, Transport for London (TfL), Jaguar Land Rover, Harrods, Aman, as well as several successful startups. My work bridges strategy and craft, supporting brands through moments of change, growth, and repositioning.

I combine classic Italian graphic design training with extensive international experience, bringing clarity, restraint, and longevity to every project.

I am incredibly grateful for the brands I’ve had the privilege to shape, the inspiring places I've called home, and the diverse individuals I’ve collaborated with along the way. Each experience and connection has profoundly influenced my journey, contributing to who I am today and shaping my creative vision.
